About Us

Towse has an Honours degree in History and an MA with Distinction in Museums and Galleries in Education. She is interested in the provision
of high quality visitor experiences, with a lifelong learning emphasis, and
seeks to inspire a passion for the past. In 2009 she was invited to join the judging panel for the prestigious Heritage Education Trust Sandford Awards. She balances consultancy work with a close involvement in hands-on projects, particularly with young people, so that her work remains true to the genuine interests, experiences and expectations of people unfamiliar with cultural heritage concepts. She was a long term volunteer with the Buckinghamshire Museum Service and was a Leader of The Chiltern Branch of the Young Archaeologist’s Club for ten years. In 2006 Towse undertook a C&G 7302 Certificate in Delivering Learning for Adults.
Graham has a special interest in military history. He is also co-editor of a work on the biographies and heraldry of the nobility of C15th England. He has a particular enthusiasm for the skills and technology of prehistory and has created hands-on workshops to demonstrate the crafts of our early ancestors. Graham has many years experience as an historical re-enactor, interpreter and community artist and combines his arts background with a passion for history to deliver an exciting and inspiring hands-on workshop experience for all age groups. He was also a Leader for Chiltern YAC for ten years. In 2006 Graham undertook a C&G 7302 Certificate in Delivering Learning for Adults.
Bronwen is a professional performer, experienced in the creation, direction and performance of physical, mask and musical theatre. Incorporating an interest in social history, she brings her experience as an actor to provide training in vocal delivery skills and the techniques needed for effective first and third person interpretation. Performance skills can also be used in personal and professional development work. As a professional musician, vocalist and recording artist, Bronwen performs with ‘Lumina’, a period music group, providing entertainment at heritage sites, museums, private and corporate functions. Her contemporary music duo ‘Guesswork’ also play regularly at a variety of venues.
